AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Zohaib Khaliq Apps (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Zohaib Khaliq as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “App”).
You agree that by accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the App and you must discontinue use immediately.
Supplemental Terms of Use or documents that may be posted on the App from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.
We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.
Service content and third party links
We provide content, including but not limited to service content, for educational, entertainment or promotional purposes only. You may not rely on any information and opinions expressed by us through any service for any other purpose. In all cases, you are responsible for assessing the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or usefulness of any Service Content. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on any of the services.
In many cases, the content of the service may contain content posted by third parties or will be based on opinions and judgments of third parties. We do not endorse, guarantee, and assume no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or statement of any opinions, suggestions or statements provided by our authorized employees or spokespersons in their official capacity.
Our services may link or contain links to other websites maintained by third parties. We do not operate or control or must endorse the content on these third party websites in any way. You are solely responsible for the use of third party links. We are not responsible for any content or content posted on third party websites for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising out of dealings with you and any third party or its website.
Subscriptions/ In App Purchases
The App is provided and able to use on a free basis. Once you download the App, you’ll have access to its basic features.
You can Access to some services and/or additional features within the App requires paid subscriptions and in app puchases. The full list of Premium options and pricing is provided on the App’s page. Please mind that you will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. When you cancel your subscription you will still have access to basic functions of the App. Premium options are available during the whole free trial period.
You can choose different subscription options. Prices for different subscription options are indicated in the Information section of the App’s page. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary in countries other than the U.S. You will have all necessary information about your subscription plan and duration of the free trial period on the signup screen before the purchase.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the current subscription ends. Auto-renew option can be turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Subscriptions are managed by you. Please note that removing the App from your device does not deactivate your subscription.
